You Almost Had It

By Jason Christian, Blue Weather & RealWV

Some areas of West Virginia such as the Greenbrier Valley will get a taste of fall this weekend as lows will drop into the 40s Saturday morning. It won’t last long though giving you a “you almost had it moment” by the time Sunday warms up. Temperatures are expected to soar way above normal early next week. I’d imagine outdoor activities like football practice will be strenuous so make sure you stay hydrated! Meanwhile down to our southeast the tropics are exploding as sheer is decreasing as well as dust from the Sahara desert. Sea surface temperatures are above normal so it wouldn’t take much to get some hurricanes going which usually affects our weather in the fall.
