Tyler Childers secures five Grammy nominations

The accolades just keep coming for Tyler Childers.

Over the weekend, he received five Grammy nominations including Best Country Song (“In Your Love”), Best Country Album (“Rustin’ in the Rain”), Best Country Solo Performance (“In Your Love”), Best Americana Performance (“Help Me Make It Through the Night”), and Best Music Video (“In Your Love”).

Childers is an eastern Kentucky native who lived in several places across southern West Virginia including Lewisburg. Each year, he returns to the Greenbrier Valley to headline Healing Appalachia, the state’s largest concert which is a benefit for recovery from substance use.

These are not Childers’ first Grammy nominations. In 2020, he was nominated for Best Country Solo Performance for “All Your’n.” In 2022, he was nominated for Best Folks Album for “Long Violent History.” The Grammys will air on February 4, 2024, from Los Angeles, California.
