Blustery conditions expected to start the work week

Good Monday folks! Here is what to expect this week in detail. Click the link below. We also take a look at the MJO from the climate prediction center. This will let us know about what to expect winter wise in December. Basically it tells us what phase we will be in. The second week of December we are expected to go into phase 8 and phase 1. Both of those phases are favorable for frozen precipitation or at least cold enough too if during the winter months.
