Greenbrier East punches ticket to Charleston

FAIRLEA, W.Va. – The Spartans of Greenbrier East, on Thursday, defeated the Nicholas County Lady Grizzlies by the score of 73-44, to secure their place in the 2025 girls high school basketball state championship. The number-three seed Spartans will travel to Charleston where they will take on number-six seed Sissonville in a round-one match up on Wednesday. Game time is 11:15 a.m.
