The first installment in Jacob Young’s “Different Drummer” series, which  helped jumpstart the new wave of psychotronic documentaries, 1991’s “Dancing Outlaw” is a portrait of Jesco White’s struggle to live up to his father’s legacy as the finest dancer in the Appalachian Mountains.
