Happy holidays, and notes on the season from The RealWV
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the RealWV!
We hope you’ll have the chance to relax and enjoy time with loved ones over the next two weeks, as we’ll be trying to do a little bit of that ourselves. But first, just a few things coming up that we want to let you know about.
- We will be taking a break from Courthouse News between December 25 and January 4. But don’t worry, we’ll be back to get caught up on January 5!
- Our content offering will be lighter than usual for the week of Saturday, December 20 through Sunday, December 28. But have no fear! Our team will still be reporting on breaking news, and possibly some fun stuff as well.
- Our December 27 newsletter will be our special year-end “The People of 2025” edition, featuring our favorite interviews and profiles of the last 12 months. We hope you’ll enjoy revisiting some of these truly amazing West Virginians!
- Scheduling conflicts have required us to make some changes to our “Christmas with The Carpenter Ants” holiday special. While the special will still air Monday, December 22 at 8 p.m., it will be presented in a different format this year. We hope you tune in and enjoy! And don’t worry, we will still present a live performance by Carpenter Ants from the West Virginia Museum of Music very soon, so stay tuned for more information!
We are sincerely grateful to our loyal readers for your support throughout the year, and we look forward to providing you with an even wider offering of content in 2026!
From our family to yours, here’s wishing you the happiest of holiday seasons!
