Ronceverte City Council recap, shelter rentals open soon

The Ronceverte City Council held a very brief council meeting on Monday, February 2nd. The two items discussed on the agenda were the appointment of David Withrow to the Zoning and Planning Board of Appeals. Followed by an announcement of an opening on the Parks and Recreation Committee. Letters of interest for this position will be accepted through March 1st, 2026.

In other news, the City announced via its Facebook page that shelter rentals for Island Park will begin on February 4th, 2026 at 8:30am at the new City Hall location, 124 Cedar St.

The next city council meeting will be held on March 2nd at 7pm.
