Marie Leist Pavilion to be dedicated

RONCEVERTE, W.Va. — Ronceverte’s mini golf course is hosting a dedication for their new pavilion on October 5 at 1PM. The public is invited to attend.

The pavilion, located by the 1st hole and used by guests who need a break from the sun or who want to watch their loved ones play mini golf, will be dedicated to the community as the Marie Leist Pavilion.

Leist was a successful Ronceverte businesswoman in the 20th century. Her family continues to run a foundation that supports local nonprofit ventures in the Greenbrier Valley. The Leist Foundation awarded a grant to Gateway Industries for the pavilion last year. Board members will be in town to attend the dedication.

Mini Golf by Jardin is run by Gateway Industries and is located at 413 Island Park Road in Ronceverte.
