2024 Primary Election: House of Delegates

By RealWV Staff,

Although every seat in the House of Delegates is up for grabs this year, 28 of them have an uncontested incumbent seeking re-election. To put it another way, 28% of West Virginia’s 100-member House will win re-election without the burdens of campaigning. And of those 28, several were appointed by Gov. Jim Justice, meaning they’ve never been challenged in either a primary, or a general election.
