Lewisburg Rotary Club delivers supplies to area schools

LEWISBURG, W.Va. – At the regular service meeting of the Lewisburg Rotary Club on Thursday, February 23, 2023, the Club assembled and packed school supplies for delivery to area elementary schools.

Through the generosity of local Rotarians, plus receipt of a Rotary District grant, the Lewisburg Rotary Club acquired $2000 in school supplies for Frankford, Lewisburg, and Ronceverte Elementary Schools.

Lewisburg Rotarian Sarah Polk spearheaded the Club’s efforts in this important service project. Supplies were delivered to the schools by Rotary volunteers on Friday, February 24, 2023. If you would like to join the area’s premier service and community organization, you are welcome to attend the next Club meeting, which will be held on Monday, March 13, at noon, at Elks Country Club.
