Putnam County Fair continues through Saturday

ELEANOR, W.Va. – The carnival games at the Putnam County Fair roared to life on Friday, and they brought the livestock, live music, and fair foods with them. And if you missed the excitement last weekend, don’t worry – you still have five more chances to join the fun.
