Incentives offered for the last six units available at the Rupert School Apartments

RUPERT, W.Va. – Gift yourself a brand-new apartment for Christmas this year. Six one-and-two-bedroom units remain available at Rupert’s newly renovated school building. The units that are currently available are income restricted, and several also have rental assistance options for qualified applicants. 

In order to fill the units, management is offering incentives – a waived application fee and the first month’s rent free –  to anyone who leases an apartment between now and the end of the year. Assistance in filing an application is available from Mountain CAP of WV.

While the beautifully restored Rupert School is now individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the spacious apartments inside are full of modern amenities. All units feature Energy Star appliances & windows, high efficiency HVAC systems, onsite parking and community amenities. 

One-bedroom units are 700-800 square feet while two-bedroom units can be up to 1000 square feet.

With 14 units occupied, residents are already actively enjoying the amenities and the community developing in and around the old school.
