Vicky Cline

Serving as Director of Technology & Testing for Greenbrier County Schools, Dr. Vicky Cline is making major connections for West Virginians. In 2021, she applied for federal funding to the Emergency Connectivity Fund and received a $2.8 million grant. It allows families with children in the school system to receive new or free internet access via participating providers through June 30, 2023. Additionally, it provides free tablets to children grades K-4, which they are allowed to take home during the school year. (Stay tuned for a full story on the program later this week.) For going above and beyond to connect families to internet access, RealWV is proud to name Vicky Cline as the certified Real West Virginian of the week.
