Emptying the notebook: Concord 2025 volleyball

ATHENS, W.Va. – With the 2025-26 school year officially wrapped up, the Concord University Sports Information Department will provide a rewind to some of the numbers and notes that were pertinent to the success of the Mountain Lions.
Each athletic program at Concord will have their own spotlights in this Emptying the Notebook series. The numbers and notes that may or may not have been used in previews and recaps throughout the season.
The first sport up is Concord volleyball.
Emptying the notebook on volleyball
5- Concord was a perfect 5-0 in five-set matches in 2025, including a victory over West Liberty in the Mountain East Conference Tournament Quarterfinals.
21- Wins for CU which was the first 20-win season for the program since 2002. The 21 wins were also tied for the eighth-most in a single-season in program history.
33- Career-high digs for Allie Davis in a win at King in September.
36- Years since Concord had a two-time first team all-conference player before Meg Williams repeated on the All-MEC First Team in 2025.
48- After a season with 301 kills, Chloe Thompson is just 52 kills shy of becoming the eighth player in program history with 1,000 kills.
107- Assists needed by Paige Richmond to reach 2,000 for her career.
216- Kills for Maddie Stull as Concord’s Breakthrough Athlete of the Year. She finished fourth on the team after only having 53 kills as a freshman in 2024.
.265- Hitting percentage for Addison Adkins as a freshman. She was the first freshman to lead Concord in hitting percentage since Brooke Heck in 2015.
