RONCEVERTE, W.Va. — Greenbrier Chevrolet & Greenbrier Motors are partnering with Ronceverte Food Pantry and Greenbrier County Youth Care Coalition to host holiday food drives from October 26 through November 21, 2026.
“The communities we serve are more than just the places where we do business. They’re home to our employees, our customers, our families, and our neighbors. We believe it’s important to invest in those communities and support the organizations working to make them stronger. We’re glad to have opportunities like this to give back and be part of something meaningful,” said Grant Talbott, Dealer Principal, about his family’s motivation to help the hungry this month.
Community members can donate food pantry items at Greenbrier Chevrolet to benefit Ronceverte Food Pantry or at Greenbrier Motors to support the Greenbrier County Youth Care Coalition’s Thanksgiving food drive. Those who donate five or more nonperishable food items
will be entered into a drawing to win a $150 Kroger gift card.
“As a Ronceverte native, supporting the Ronceverte Food Pantry is especially meaningful to me,” said Melanie Taylor, Community Development & Talent Retention Manager. “Organizations like Ronceverte Food Pantry and Greenbrier Valley Youth Care Coalition are doing important work to meet real needs in our area, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to support their missions.”
Community members are encouraged to visit our dealerships between October 24 and November 21 to donate and support these local organizations. Greenbrier Automotive Group will drop off all collections on November 22nd.
“Every food donation we receive helps us financially since we have to purchase less,” said Molly McDade, Director of the Ronceverte Food Pantry. “The donations to the Pack the Pickup event are a great way for the community to actively participate in stocking the pantry and helping neighbors in the community.”
