Aaron-Michael Fox

Aaron-Michael Fox is originally from Ansted (Fayette County) but made Huntington home when he began attending Marshall University in 2001.

Ever since, he’s been an ambassador for all things Huntington and Marshall. He takes great pride in his home, his state, and his work. With a background in comedy and public service, Aaron-Michael now runs “Downtown Huntington” and “Vintage West Virginia,” two popular digital platforms that keep people informed (and laughing) about his beloved city and state.

Friends say his passion for Huntington, Marshall, and West Virginia shines through in all he does, and for that passion to showcase the best in West Virginia…we are proud to name Aaron-Michael Fox as the certified Real West Virginian of the week.
