Casting call for movie in Lewisburg

LEWISBURG, WV — If you live in the Greenbrier County area and are interested in being part of a professional independent movie, this may be your chance.

Rebeccah Crabtree is the executive producer of “The Kingdom of Rexmonte,” and she invited interested talent to signup for the casting call by visiting this link. (Note: this casting call is for professional actors. Another call for extras will be made soon.)

Shooting will occur at the WV Renaissance Fair property on Route 60 West for the film. The film is a medieval comedy.

“When a sudden invasion threatens their Kingdom, a fractured royal family must face their long-avoided differences in order to protect their denizens, restore the peace, and secure their domain,” Crabtree says of the film’s story.

Numerous supporting roles are being cast for the scenes shot in Greenbrier County. Additional shooting is occurring in York County, Pennsylvania.
