Two second-half goals carry Tech past IU Columbus

The opening half was largely played between the two penalty areas, with the teams combining for just three shots. Shiloh Goodwin had Tech’s first attempt in the 26th minute before Silva forced IU Columbus goalkeeper Zoe Bippus into a save at 29:40.
IU Columbus struck quickly after halftime. Miranda Yeager scored just 19 seconds into the second half to give the Crimson Pride a 1-0 advantage.
