PRESS RELEASE

Charleston, WV – The second annual West Virginia Coffee Festival is rolling into the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center on Saturday, April 25, 2026, marking its first time in Charleston after a successful debut in Hurricane, West Virginia.

This year’s festival is bigger, bolder, and more immersive than ever, inviting coffee lovers, roasters, baristas, and professionals from the dining and hospitality industry from across the state to come together for a full‑day celebration of specialty coffee and West Virginia creativity.

Guests will sample over 50 different coffees and specialty beverages from beloved West Virginia roasters, watch live brewing demos, and chat directly with the passionate specialty roasters and coffee shop owners behind the beans. The festival is designed as a hands‑on experience where attendees can explore new flavors, discover their next favorite roast, and learn what makes West Virginia’s coffee scene so unique.

Beyond the brews, the 2026 festival proudly features Coffee‑Centric WV Artisan Crafters and Makers of Delicious WV Treats, turning the event into a vibrant marketplace of local talent. From handcrafted mugs, coffee‑themed art, and cozy textiles to freshly baked pastries, chocolates, jams, and other sweet and savory delights, visitors can sip, shop, and savor the best of the Mountain State—all under one roof.

Organized by “coffee people, for coffee people,” the West Virginia Coffee Festival continues its mission of strengthening and showcasing the specialty coffee community in West Virginia. Featured vendors include Silver Bridge Coffee Company, Aroma of the Andes Coffee, Mountain Folk Coffee, Cherry River Coffee Roasters, Cultivate Coffee Roasters, Mountain Table, Bean Theory Coffee, Vaniks Coffee, Good Vibes Coffee LLC, Java Bean LLC, Sibling Coffee, The Black Dog Coffee Company, Hill Tree Coffee Roasters, Hill and Holler Herbal Company, River Roasters Coffee Co., Coal River Coffee Company, and Aubade Coffee.

“After the energy and excitement of our first festival in Hurricane, we knew it was time to bring this celebration to Charleston,” said festival organizers. “This year is all about celebrating West Virginia’s coffee culture, its makers, and its flavors in a new, expanded space. It’s a party for your palate and your curiosity. This festival also makes a perfect Valentine’s surprise for the coffee lover in your life—no matter where you are in our great state of West Virginia—with tickets to a day filled with great coffee, treats, and time together.”

Tickets are now on sale through Ticketmaster, with options for all‑day admission and individual session blocks. More information, roaster lineups, artisan listings, and event updates are available at https://wvcoffeefestival.com.
