Seven Mountaineers earn Track & Field academic honors
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Seven members of the West Virginia Mountaineers track and field team earned 2026 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Athlete honors, while the Mountaineers were recognized as a USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
The Mountaineers posted a 3.66 team GPA to earn USTFCCCA All-Academic Team recognition.
WVU’s seven individual honorees were Emily Bryce (Sports Management), Olivia Cress (Nursing), Mercy Kinyanjui (Social Work), Lexi Lamb (Sports Management), Annishka McDonald (Sports Management), Joy Naukot (Sports Management) and Kishay Rowe (Physical Education and Kinesiology).
