Poca Valley brings Half-Price Mondays to Light the Night at GoMart Ballpark

CHARLESTON, W.Va., Oct. 30, 2026 — The Charleston Dirty Birds are giving families another reason to make Monday nights part of their holiday plans this season.

Poca Valley will sponsor Half-Price Mondays during the 2026 Light the Night at GoMart Ballpark, offering guests 50% off regular admission tickets on each of the seven Monday nights during this year’s holiday light experience.

Light the Night returns to GoMart Ballpark Nov. 13 through Jan. 3, transforming the ballpark into a winter wonderland featuring more than 2.5 million lights choreographed to holiday music. The annual holiday experience also featur

es rides, ice skating, ice bumper cars, visits with Santa, games, family activities, holiday shopping, food and more.

“One of the things we kept coming back to was finding a way to make it even easier for families to say yes to a night out together, or to come back and experience Light the Night again,” said Andy Shea, owner and CEO of the Charleston Dirty Birds. “We brought the idea to Poca Valley, and they didn’t hesitate. Their support allows us to offer half-price admission every Monday, and I love that they saw this as more than a sponsorship. It’s something meaningful they’re helping us do for families throughout our community.”

Half-Price Mondays will be offered on all seven Mondays during Light the Night: Nov. 16, Nov. 23, Nov. 30, Dec. 7, Dec. 14, Dec. 21 and Dec. 28.

The promotion applies to regular admission tickets for those dates. Undated tickets and group hospitality areas are not included in the Half-Price Mondays promotion.

Light the Night is open from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The event is closed on Christmas Day.
